Frequently asked questions about selling a used product
What products can I send to the service?
We accept:
Used Jumppa, Sade, Kevyt, Perus and ToppaPomppas in good condition. You can check the model of the product on the neck label.
Intact, clean and hairless products with no strong scents.
We do not accept:
- Pomppa products called Pika, Paddy, Nifty or Jumpy.
- Products modified in any way
How do I service the product before shipping?
- Remove dog hair from the product, e.g. with a bristle brush
- Wash the product in a 30-degree delicate wash using unscented detergent. Neutralize possible odors by using vinegar at a dosage of 0.5–1 tbsp/coat. Do not use fabric softener or bleach.
When we receive the product, it must be clean and free of hair. So please follow the maintenance instructions above before sending the product to us.
If the product we receive is very hairy, dirty, has a strong smell, or its washcloth has been cut off, we have to charge €3–5 for each additional step required to make the product ready for sale. The cost of any additional measures will be deducted from the product's credit gift card. Unfortunately, we do not return products delivered to us back to the customer.
How do I evaluate the condition of the product?
Refunds for used products are defined according to the product's condition category. Based on the following condition categories, you can assess the product's salability and the size of the refund you receive for the product.
Fitness class 1
- The product is used, but like new. Well kept and maintained. The product and washcloth are completely intact.
- No hair, dirt or strong scents. The product has been serviced according to our instructions.
- The product may have slight wear from use.
- No stubborn stains. The color of the fabric is bright.
- This category also includes repaired reclamation products, product samples or products used in product descriptions.
Fitness class 2
- The product has been used a lot, well kept and maintained. The product and washcloth are completely intact.
- No hair, dirt or strong scents. The product has been serviced according to our instructions.
- The product may have wear from use.
- There may be dark stubborn color areas on the surface of the fabric. The color of the fabric may be slightly faded.
How do I send the product to you?
Sending the product is always free for the customer. To deliver the product to us, first service the product and evaluate its condition class according to our instructions. Next, fill out the electronic submission form below.
After sending the form, you will then receive detailed instructions on delivering the product to us via Posti. Please pack the product carefully, e.g. in a plastic bag. Also, remember to ask for a tracking number when leaving the delivery with Posti, as we do not replace products lost or damaged in transit.
After receiving the product, we will deliver the gift card according to the refund price list to the e-mail address you left in the shipping form within 1-3 business days. The gift card is valid for 1 year and cannot be exchanged for money.
We are always in contact with the customer if the product does not meet the instructions on this page in any way, so please read the instructions carefully. Please note that unfortunately we do not return products delivered to us back to the customer.
