Returns and exchanges

Pomppa wants every dog to have a proper and functional jacket. Please contact us by e-mail store@pomppa.fi if you have any questions concerning Pomppa sizing or fit.

You have 14 days from the date of receiving the delivery to return your order. Please, check the fit of the product before removing any price tags or other labels. All labels and tags must be attached on all returned items.

 

Product exchange

Unfortunately, we cannot offer a direct exchange option for the products purchased via our online store. If you wish to exchange the ordered products, please place a new order, and return the original according to our return instructions below.

 

Product return

1 ) Clean the unused product of possible dog hair

Please make sure the product/s you are returning are dog hair free and in unused and fully saleable condition. All labels and tags must be attached.

If Pomppa receives a return delivery that does not meet return conditions, Pomppa has the right to decline the return of the product. In such cases, Pomppa Oy is not liable to refund or in other way compensate for the product. We will charge 5€ compensation for a missing product label and 10€ for a dirty product.

2 ) Report the return to us by logging into your order

Log in to your order by clicking "View my order" on the order confirmation you received via email. Select the products you want to return and send the return request to us. In exchange you will receive a printable return label and detailed return instructions via email. Please note, that we will have to create the return label manually and you will receive it within 1-2 working days from sending your return report.

3 ) Pack your parcel securely and attach the return label on top of your parcel

You can return the coat/s using the same package the order arrived in, just make sure your own address is covered. Please also add the delivery note (or a note with your name) to the package. 

4 ) Return the parcel to your nearest Service Point

When returning a product to us please keep your postal receipt until your return has been processed. 

Unfortunately, the customer will be responsible for the delivery charges. The amount of the return fee is based on the lowest available rate in the shipping price list for the relevant delivery area, and it will be deducted from the refund. The shipping price list can be viewed on our shipping terms. 

We will process your refund using the same payment method you used to place the order.
