PerusPomppa is a warm winter coat for both cold and wet weather conditions. The waterproof shell fabric and warm teddy lining are effective against rain, sleet and snow.

PerusPomppa is a warm and versatile winter coat that’s suitable for dogs of all types. The waterproof and durable shell fabric protects the dog from both rainy and snowy weather conditions. The thick teddy lining keeps the dog warm in freezing temperatures and strong winds. This coat works as a great winter coat for dogs with a thicker fur, and for cold-sensitive dogs, PerusPomppa is best for three-season use.

NEW: The colors Rust, Trail and Forest now include detachable & adjustable leg straps in addition to a functional harness opening! The belt and buckle have also been updated.

*Starting from season 22-23, the shell fabric of Pomppa coats is made of 100 % recycled polyester. There are still individual products made of 100 % virgin polyester left in our warehouse, but despite this, the appearance and the functionality of the two materials are perfectly equal.

Gentle machine wash 30 C
Close buckle before washing

Wash with similar colors
Wash with mild detergent
After each wash, reactive the coat’s water-repellency
After a few washes, restore the DWR with waterproofing spray

Kierrätetyt materiaalit
PerusPompan materiaalit ovat 50 % kierrätettyjä. Kierrätettyjen materiaalien käyttö vähentää uusien raaka-aineiden tarvetta ja auttaa säästämään luonnonvaroja. Materiaalin kestävyys, vedenpitävyys ja lämmittävyys vastaa täysin neitseellisiä materiaaleja.

PFC-vapaa vedenhylkivyyskäsittely
Ulkoilukankaan vettähylkivä pinta (DWR = Durable Water Repellency) saadaan aikaiseksi kankaan viimeistelykäsittelyllä. PFC-vapaa käsittely tarkoittaa, ettei kankaassa käytetty viimeistelyaine sisällä perfluorattuja yhdisteitä, eli ympäristölle haitallisia kemikaaleja. PerusPompan pinnoite on PFC-vapaa värissä Rust.

The exceptionally durable outer fabric features an impressive tear strength of 50 N. The fabric is highly resistant to wear and designed for hard, active use similar to workwear fabrics.

The warm teddy lining provides insulation and a comfy feel, making the coat an excellent choice for unpredictable winter weather.

The timeless and minimal design fits many different body shapes, from narrow-chested to sturdier dogs. The cut allows full freedom of movement without restriction.

PerusPomppa has a regular fit. If your dog’s measurements fall between two sizes, we recommend choosing the smaller size for narrow-bodied dogs or dogs that carry their tail up high.

Leg straps have been added to Pomppa coats from 2024 onwards. The colors Trail, Forest, Rust, Midnight and Moss include leg straps, as will all future seasonal colors. The straps are flexible, fully removable and adjustable in length.

The harness opening has been added to Pomppa coats from 2023 onwards. You can find the harness opening in the colors Plum, Graphite, Lime, Trail, Forest, Rust, Midnight and Moss, as well as in all future seasonal colors.

PerusPomppa is known for its exceptionally durable outer fabric with an impressive tear strength of 50 N. This high tear strength means the fabric is highly resistant to wear and suitable for hard, active use similar to workwear fabrics.
